MOLD REMOVAL IS A PRIORITY
Where there is high humidity and moisture in a home, you will undoubtedly find mold. Add crevices and small pockets, such as in the grout between bathroom tiles, and the mold has living space to thrive and grow. New homes and buildings are actually more susceptible to mold spread than old ones because of tighter insulation. Everyone is affected by mold but not everyone develops noticeable symptoms or allergic reactions that can sometimes become severe.
PROGRESSION OF STEPS
- Water Extraction
- Area drying and dehumidification
- HEPA air filtration
- Tear out and rebuild, where needed
- Sand, Scrape, Sanitize and Encapsulate
- Mold, Mildew and Virus antimicrobial treatments
- Encapsulation with antimicrobial paint wherever necessary.
THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE MOLD?
DUCT CLEANING
Air ducts in your building direct circulating air flow for heating and cooling. Invisible airborne particulates – dust, dust mites, pet dander, smoke and soot are carried by moving air so your air ducts gradually accumulate dust buildup. When this dust isn’t cleaned from building airways, normal heating and cooling air flow carries dust into living spaces. That harms your indoor air quality (IAQ) and may hurt you and your family’s health, well-being and quality of life as you may not even be aware of the invisible aftermath of poor IAQ. Along with respiratory distress and irritation, reactions can also include headaches, dizziness and fatigue.
PROGRESSION OF STEPS
- Cut-in Access where needed in basement ducts
- Agitate dust with compressed air whip while simultaneously vacuuming all ducts
- Vacuum dust and particulates from furnace blower motor cavity.
